The Health Depot is a Pharmacy which started as a few brick-and-mortar stores with a small ‘online’ presence. They had the vision to create a truly customer-centric digital pharmacy, offering personalized, clinical services to manage prescriptions from the comfort of the home.
Application was built on legacy systems that relied on an on-prem prescription management solution

No authentication service to consolidate user records and profile management
Upgrade user management system and an automated infrastructure to allow for scalability
