A small but meaningful part of Boosted’s work environment for me is the genuine appreciation for the work we do. It is not always something big or formal, but you feel it in the small moments. Advice I have for newcomers is to start bringing value right away. Don’t wait to be perfectly onboarded or told exactly what to do. Look for problems, gaps, or inefficiencies and start doing stuff—small wins count. Ask questions, ship drafts, make suggestions, help teammates. Momentum matters here, and the fastest way to learn Boosted (and earn trust) is by contributing early and often.
